This page describes how OWS handles data inside the application. It is intended to give your team and clients transparency when you sign in with Google and when you use the meetings and reporting features.
When you connect your Google account, OWS uses the Google Calendar API only to create events with Google Meet links for meetings you create in the application. This is done so your team can generate meeting links from one place and keep accurate records of meeting activity.
Tokens issued by Google can be revoked at any time from within OWS (Google Meet Integration settings) or from your Google Account security settings.
