Privacy Policy

This page describes how OWS handles data inside the application. It is intended to give your team and clients transparency when you sign in with Google and when you use the meetings and reporting features.

What data we store

• Account details you enter for your workspace (name, email, role).
• Operational data you create in OWS such as employees, clients, projects, tasks, KPIs and meetings.
• For Google Meet integration, we store only the minimum OAuth tokens required to create Calendar events on your behalf (access token, refresh token and expiry time).

What we do not store

• We do not store your Google account password.
• We do not read or index the contents of your emails.
• We do not access other Google data outside of the Calendar events we create or update for meetings.

How Google data is used

When you connect your Google account, OWS uses the Google Calendar API only to create events with Google Meet links for meetings you create in the application. This is done so your team can generate meeting links from one place and keep accurate records of meeting activity.

Tokens issued by Google can be revoked at any time from within OWS (Google Meet Integration settings) or from your Google Account security settings.
